Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pulse Drive and teslapulse.xyz (the “Service”), operated by TeslaPulse. By subscribing or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. What Pulse Drive is

Pulse Drive is an awareness tool that displays the location of ALPR / Flock surveillance cameras that are already publicly mapped, and alerts you as you approach one. It relies on third-party data and may be incomplete or inaccurate. It is not a safety device or legal advice. Always watch the road and obey all traffic and other laws — do not rely on Pulse Drive to do anything unlawful.

2. Subscriptions, free trial & billing

Plans. Pulse Drive is $9.99/month or $79.99/year, charged through Stripe.
Free trial. New subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial ($0 due today). A payment method is required to start it.

Automatic renewal — please read. When your free trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan, and thereafter renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month for monthly, every year for annual) at the then-current price, until you cancel. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for each renewal. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (“Manage billing”) or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. To avoid a charge, cancel before your trial or current period ends.

Refunds. Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, contact us and we’ll try to make it right.
Price changes. We may change prices; we’ll give notice before a change affects your renewal.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no reselling or scraping the data, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, and no use that violates the law or others’ rights.

4. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that camera data is complete, accurate, or current, or that alerts will always fire. You use Pulse Drive at your own risk and remain responsible for safe, lawful driving.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeslaPulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Not affiliated with Tesla

Pulse Drive and TeslaPulse are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. “Tesla” is a trademark of its owner.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to subscribers, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
